HIGHLIGHTS
Pre-Programme
The main highlight of our pre programme was the charades game. The charades game consists of two different parts which are the actions card and foreign language card. Participants had a lot of fun trying to guess what the words and actions were before explaining them to their group mates.

Through this, participants felt what it was like to be in the shoes of migrant workers where they had little to zero proficiency in the English language. From this activity, participants were also able to understand the struggles that they may have when conversing and hence in the future, they will be more understanding towards migrant workers.

HIGHLIGHTS
Main Programme
When the local participants and migrant workers come together into groups to interact and share their experiences with each other. The use of the HealthServe cards eases the communication barrier that was existing as it comes in visual forms. From the conversation, participants are able to take away some challenges migrant workers face in the real world and discover how migrant workers have their own strengths and contribute to the community as an asset.
Meanwhile, migrant workers would be able to have their voices heard. As such, such opportunities allow participants to forge deep bonds and friendships with migrant workers. (mutually benefit from the sharing)
