AIMS help participants understand various communication issues Migrant Workers face as communicating with body language is sometimes the only way to communicate with employers/locals. By experiencing frustration of miscommunication, participants get to empathise with them

HOW 

-The 1st team member will be shown a word/phrase

 

-They will then have to relay the given word to the next member by describing using only body language

 

-This continues until the final member who has to guess what the actions describe
